Award criteria

  1. Demonstrate that the mini-company has approached its business with the intention to create value for its clients and to build their trust by serving their interests responsibly.
  2. Demonstrate the steps the mini-company has taken to understand the world of its clients.
  3. Demonstrate that the mini-company has been able to anticipate and serve clients’ changing needs.
  4. Demonstrate that the mini-company has improved clients’ experience through innovation

Judges 2018

Lucie Polívková 
Public Affairs Officer of Citi in Czech Republic and Slovakia
Lucie Polívková has been appointed as Public Affairs Officer for Citi Czech Republic and Slovakia in March 2016. Lucie is responsible for protecting and enhancing Citi’s reputation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, covering external and internal communications, media relations and Citi’s community engagement activities.

Lucie Polívková started her career at Citi in 2003, working at the Human Resources department. She then moved to product management, and in 2007 she became a member of the marketing communications team. Since 2013, Lucie was responsible for internal communications as a member of the Public Affairs team.

Lucie Polívková graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
   
Manina Menidiati
Senior Vice President, Public Affairs Officer, Citi Greece

Manina is a member of Citi Greece Executive Management Committee. She is a seasoned professional, with broad experience in all key communication areas achieved during her long tenure in multinational advertising agencies, financial institutions and community organizations. Manina joined Citi in 2005 and ever since she has been holding managerial roles in marketing communications.

For the last eight years, she is the Public Affairs Officer of Citi’s Greek franchise and her key responsibilities encompass corporate communication, internal communication, community affairs and media relations. She is a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and an ex-member of the board of Junior Achievement Greece (2013-2018). 

Manina holds a BA in Marketing Management, Deree College.
